What we do
Our mission is to provide world-class career support for military retirees.
This personal mission, begun seventeen years ago by Venkat Ramana Rao, a former Captain of the Indian Army, is now a public cause and has sought to reduce opportunity inequalities for retired soldiers and strengthen veteran employability in the civilian world.
We believe ex-soldiers deserve the best because they risk their present to secure our future.

How are we doing it?
Though there are multiple challenges in military hiring, we would start by simplifying the sourcing of military veterans of all levels in one place.
We are setting up a job portal to help both veterans and organisations find each other.
Our motto of "leaving no man behind" is our guiding principle for every step we take.
